🌟 Key Responsibility

On this role, you will be responsible to :

  1. Plugin Development: Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins that align with project requirements and best coding practices.
  2. Problem Solving: Effectively address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex problems such as bug fixes, integration, and feature implementation.
  3. Customization: Customize existing WordPress plugins as per project specifications such as design, structure, and workflow.

Note We welcome developers of all backgrounds who are eager to learn and expand their skill set, even if WordPress is not their primary development stack. To support your learning, we have provided a tutorial on the test page to help you get started with WordPress.

👨‍💻 Qualifications

  • Strong PHP skills: Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP, including experience with object-oriented programming (Namespace, Traits, Interface, Abstracts).
  • Expertise in WordPress: In-depth knowledge of WordPress core, plugins, and REST APIs. Ability to create custom WordPress solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Hooks (Action/Filter), CPT (Custom Post Type), Custom Hook, and Custom Field.
  • Design patterns: Familiarity with common design patterns, such as MVC, Singleton Pattern, and experience implementing them in a WordPress context.
  • Front-end development: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, such as jQuery and React JS, and ability to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Database management: Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and manage data efficiently.
  • Server administration: Experience managing and configuring web servers, such as Apache, and familiarity with cloud hosting platforms.
  • Git and version control: Proficiency in Git and version control best practices, including the ability to manage and collaborate on code repositories.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • (Optional) Possesses experience in website design utilizing modern CSS tools and frameworks, such as SASS, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
  • (Optional) Demonstrates expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite.

👩‍💼 Additional Requirements

  • The candidate must not be currently enrolled in school or pursuing any academic programs that could interfere with their availability or focus.

  • Availability to work full-time during standard business hours (or as required by the project).

💰 Salary

  • Starting Rp 6.000.000
    • ✅ Performance Bonus / Team / Month : Up to Rp2.000.000
